General Conditions
Article 1. General
1.1 The following sales, delivery and payment terms are applicable to all of our supplies and services.
1.2 Dutch law shall apply to all quotations, contracts, orders, promotions, rights and liabilities to which these general terms and conditions apply, as well as to these terms.
Article 2. Prices
2.1 All prices are in euros including VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.2 All prices are excluding any packaging and shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.3 All prices such as those on the internet site are subject to change.
Article 3. Order
3.1 After placing your order you will immediately receive a confirmation by email. It is a summary of the order with the total cost, including shipping costs.
3.2 Chettershome is doing its best to keep the webstore as up-to-date as possible. It may be, however, that an article (temporarily) has been discontinued. In this case, Chettershome will contact you as soon as possible.
3.3 The colors shown on the website may vary slightly from the reality of the situation.
Article 4. Payment
4.1 Each order is only provided after receipt of payment.
4.2 Payments can be done through direct and online iDeal and creditcard such as Visa and Mastercard.
Article 5. Delivery cost
5.1 The dispatch of your order shall be carried out via PostNL, DHL and DPD.
5.2 Chettershome calculates a fixed amount of shipping costs, so you’ll know immediately where you are. Your order will be depending on the size of an envelope or a package sent. After your order is placed and confirmed by return you will receive an order confirmation per e-mail, in which you can find a specification of what you’ve ordered, and the additional data such as you have entered. Immediately after we have received your payment your order will be prepared for shipment. (In the forward direction may pay the 2 á 3 business days). When your order is packed and ready for dispatch you’ll receive an e-mail. For delivery within the Netherlands we charge € 7,50, for a orders up to € 75,00. Orders above €75,00 are free of shipping charge. We use track & trace within the Netherlands. For shipments to the rest of the world, applies the rate from The Netherlands.
Article 6. Supply
6.1 Within 5 working days of receipt of payment the order will be offered for shipment with PostNL, DHL, DPD or any other reliable transport company.
6.2 Delivery by PostNL, DHL and DPD shall be carried out normally within 2 working days, if the delivery address is in the Netherlands.
6.3 Chettershome is not liable for any loss or damage caused by inflicting our forwarders for excess of the stated delivery times.
Article 7. Returns
7.1 Chettershome is doing everything it can to provide a perfect product. If the article does not meet your expectations, contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. Please consult with Chettershome via info@chetters.nl . We will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. When it is shown that a product is not in conformity with the contract, Chettershome has the choice to take the product in return and replace it with a new product or to take the product back and reimburse the invoice value of the product within 28 days on your bank account.
7.2 The cost of the return shall be for the account of purchaser.
7.3 If you have received a wrong order, Chettershome bears, of course, and makes sure for the shipment of the correct article(s) and shall reimburse the shipping costs.
7.4 A product can only be taken back or exchanged when the relevant articles are in an unused, unwashed, undamaged condition, in original, intact packaging and equipped with the (copy) ticket.
Article 8. Liability
8.1 Chettershome shall not be liable for any damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from this internet site and/or decisions that are based on information from this site.
8.2 Colors may vary as a result of can probably. For this Chettershome is not responsible.
Article 9. Force Majeure
9.1 Without prejudice to the other to its own rights, in case of force majeure, Chettershome has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend the execution of an order or to terminate the agreement without judicial intervention by the consumer to communicate this in writing, without that Chettershome is liable to any damages.
9.2 “Force majeure” means any weakness which cannot be attributed to Chettershome, because it is not due to its debt and either under the law, legal or force in the movement for its views into account.

Article 13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
13.1 To all of the rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these conditions apply, as well as on these conditions, is only subject to Dutch law.
13.2 All disputes between the parties will be submitted to the exclusion of the courts in the Netherlands.
